<div itemprop="description">Suddenly at St. Michael's Hospital on Saturday, May 30, 2015 in his 76th year. Beloved husband of the late Christena. Dear Dad of Leisa and David. Proud Grandpa of Andrew (Bailey) and Melanie. Great-Grandpa of Carter. Sadly missed by his brothers Bob (Joan), Bruce (Judy) and by his sister Suzanne (Ron), Doug was involved in many aspects of the Ontario Women's Hockey Association. He will be fondly remembered by all those who knew him. Visitation will be held at the McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Old Kingston Rd. Ajax (905-428-8488) on Monday, June 1 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 2 at 11:00 am. Doug will be laid to rest with Christena in Pine Ridge Memorial Gardens following the service.
