<div itemprop="description">It is with great sorrow that the family of George Tsakamas announces his passing on Tuesday, May 20th, 2014. George is survived by his loving wife Helen of nearly 40 years, daughter Nadine and her husband David, son Tass and his wife Mireya, daughter Alexandra, grandchildren Anthony, Eleni and Evangelina, mother Elpida, sister Sophie and her husband Harry, his nieces, nephew and extended family. George is predeceased by his father Tassios Tsakamas. <br />Visitation will be from 5:00 until 9:00pm at McEachnie Funeral Home on Friday, May 23rd located at 28 Old Kingston Rd, Ajax, Pickering Village, ON L1T 2Z7. Funeral services for George will be held at 11:00am at Evangelismos, Sts. Nectarios and Gerasimos Greek Orthodox Church on Saturday, May 24th located at 399 Farewell St, Oshawa, ON L1H 6M1. George will be laid to rest at the Pine Ridge Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart &amp; Stroke Foundation. <br /></div>
