Beloved wife of the late Louis Albert Smith. Parents Edith and William Empson; sisters Joyce, Nina, Brenda, Barbara and brothers' George and Billy. Loved mother of Frank (Trish), Judy (Dennis), Norman (Jean) and John (Laura). Missed dearly by 9 Grandchildren: Louis, Karen (Mark), Debby (Mark), Bradley (Lucillia), Sheri (Kirk), Scott (Tara), Dana, Christine, Rachael and 11 Great Grandchildren Joshua, Dylan, Evan, Jude, Easton, Rebecca, Brian, Greg (Katrina), Cheryl, Aaron and Bradley. Remembered as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a strong woman, a true matriarch, who touched the lives of all that knew her. <br> <br> Funeral Service/Celebration of Life to be held at the MCEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME 28 Old Kingston Rd., (905) 428-8488, in the McEachnie Chapel on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 11 am. Interment at Pine Ridge Memorial Gardens to follow. In Lieu of flowers, donations to Lakeridge Health, Port Perry Hospital would be appreciated, in recognition of the wonderful care they provided and support for the family.
